The holder of this position is to be a person who has a heart for God, His people and the unchurched of the community, who will join the Senior Pastor, church leadership, and church family in seeking to fulfill the mission and vision of God for Newcastle United Baptist Church. This servant leader will help NUBC become more and more a truly incarnational and missional church to the glory of our Lord and the advancement of His kingdom.

Primary Duties:
- Oversight, coordination, and promotion of senior high student ministry
- Oversight, coordination, and promotion of church-wide small group ministry
- Oversight and coordination of visitor follow-up, tracking and integration system
- Oversight of young adult ministry
- Help manage media arts in worship and communications
- Support and leadership in ministries of Convention of Atlantic Baptist Churches

- Weekly staff meeting
- Staff retreats
- Other as directed by Senior Pastor
Reports to: Senior Pastor
Salary/Benefits:
Salary, Housing, Car and Meal and Educational expense, Medical Plan, Pension, Moving costs, Vacation-4 weeks, mobile phone, computer, 1-2 days off per week, one Sunday off per quarter. [Vacation, Educational Opportunities, and Sunday’s off to be coordinated with Senior Pastor.]
