Hurricane Harvey

The Emmaus Bible College family is continuing to pray for all those who have been affected by Hurricane Harvey. We would like to invite those impacted by the hurricane and flooding to send us your prayer requests by submitting them below. We will email your requests to faculty, staff, students, and alumni so that we can be more intentional in our prayers together as a community.

Additionally, Emmaus Bible College recognizes that there are many needs as a result of Hurricane Harvey and is raising funds to focus on a small slice of this need for those families that attend South Houston Bible Chapel. They have long supported the college through prayer and financial help and there are a number of students and alumni who attend the meetings there.

There are numerous families with major damage to their homes and vehicles. Below you will see photos of the flooding sent from some of the members of South Houston Bible Chapel.

Emmaus Bible College will be giving a gift of $1,000, and we are asking others to help us match this gift and even more if possible. If you would like to join the College in helping the South Houston Relief Fund you may do so by giving online. Please join us as we offer what help we are able and as we continue to pray for our friends, alumni, and all affected by the storm!

UPDATE: Many thanks to all who contributed to the Hurricane Harvey: South Houston Relief Fund! We are excited to share the following total.

$1,000 from Emmaus
