Seth Scott graduated from Emmaus Bible College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies and Intercultural Studies as well as a wife, Jen. Seth completed a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Regent University in Virginia Beach with focused training on clinical college counseling. Moving to Maine in 2007, Seth worked for Counseling Services, Inc. for four years providing intensive in-home clinical care to adolescents and their families as well as individual and couples' counseling. He also began part-time work using his certification in Hope-Focused Marital Therapy at Higher Ground Christian Counseling Ministries where he took over as director in 2011. During these years Seth also received additional certification in Modular Approach to Treatment with Children for Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Conduct as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Seth completed licensure in Maine as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. In 2012, Seth moved from Maine to fulfill his dream teaching and counseling at Emmaus Bible College in the Counseling Psychology department where he continues to teach and counsel as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
