Emmaus Alumni

The Emmaus Experience doesn't have to end at graduation! We encourage our alumni to continue to engage with the university and offer a variety of opportunities on and off campus.

From the VP's Desk

Since I came to Emmaus, I have had the pleasure of meeting many of you, our Emmaus Alumni. I’ve been excited to see many return to campus for Iron Sharpens Iron and other conferences, Homecoming, Christian Ministries Seminars, sporting events, and more. I have also had the privilege of engaging with some through my travels to assemblies and camps and touring with the Emmaus Ensemble.

If I haven’t connected with you yet, I look forward to the opportunity to do so! In the meantime, we’d love for you to engage with Emmaus through Concerning Him podcasts and other platforms; check out all the quick links! If you haven't already done so, I encourage you to watch our 2023 video series Who is Emmaus? that highlighted members of the Emmaus community, including alumni like you. We desire to add value to your life through this content and meaningful events. See below for events and more!

Many exciting things are happening at Emmaus University, and we believe some of our best years are ahead of us. We continue to thank the Lord Jesus for each of you, asking that He will be glorified through your faithful service and work.

Together with you,

Chad Cunningham
Vice President for Advancement & Alumni Relations

PS. Be sure to update your info with your current email address, so we can send you alumni news!

Support the Impact

Alumni Project

Each of you, as Emmaus University alums, has unique stories of your time at Emmaus, as well as many shared experiences. Do you have any memories in the IM Gym? This year you have the opportunity  to help current and future students make lasting memories and to double the impact of your gift to the alumni project.

The second gym, which you may know as the Intramural Gym, is slated to receive new flooring, basketball hoops, scoreboards, and time clocks. The updates will allow for expanded Eagles’ basketball and volleyball practices and enhanced intramural games, while providing a wonderful space for tournaments and community meets. These improvements will provide even better experiences for current students and broaden prospective students’ awareness of Emmaus.

Plus, this year a fellow alum has offered to match, dollar for dollar, gifts to Emmaus during this campaign.

Should the Lord lead you to support this giving effort, you can:

  • Give securely online now (select Alumni Project as the designation)
  • Mail a check with Alumni Project in the memo line
  • Give Appreciated Assets like stocks or real estate
  • Designate Emmaus for your Qualified Charitable/Required Minimum Distribution
  • Contact the Advancement Office at 563.588.8000 x1123 to establish recurring gifts or a pledge
