Give toward Projects

Capital projects are a multiplying factor, as mission-critical campus projects positively affect our students’ learning and living experiences. So, when you give toward projects, you are supporting our mission to educate and equip learners to impact the world for Christ. Through your partnership in projects you are positively affecting recruitment and retention and advancing our strategic plans.

Some recently funded projects include the Harlow lounge; a new 15-passenger van; van wraps; refreshes to the lobby, Glock auditorium, and library entrance; refinishing the main gym floor; new windows; dorm mattresses; and more.
“[The Harlow Lounge Renovation] has added great value to the residence experience by providing a high-quality community space right next to the residence halls. This project turned a mostly overlooked and underutilized area and made it the preferred hangout space!”

Opportunities for Partnership

Project Endowment

Emmaus’s long-term strength is through purposeful endowment growth. When you support the Emmaus General Endowment Fund, you can provide lasting support with a gift of any amount. These funds allow the university to leverage many gifts, so large and small contributions all add up to long-term strength. The General Endowment Fund allows the university to invest in enhancement projects as needed. Support the endowment fund through any of our Giving Options.

Major Gift Opportunities

Mr. Cunningham would also be happy to discuss other project opportunities with you.

Student Spaces: Upgrade Furniture

For heavily used campus spaces, we hope to update significantly worn furniture. Replacing this will improve recruitment, retention and first impressions. Goals are to replace furniture in the Coffee Bean, Student Center, Eagles' Nest, and various student lounges.

Secondary Gym, Phase 1

By expanding our secondary gym facilities we add significant capacity to pre-season, and in season practicing and our desire to open our campus for more Collegiate and High School tournaments. With funds already committed for the floor and training room, the needs to complete Phase 1 are as follows:

  • New hoops
  • New Scoreboard

Complete Smith Hall residence space

Completing the 4th and 5th floors of Smith Hall as student living space is overdue and the right thing to do to serve the long-term future of the University. As we create and build-out these two floors, we gain the flexibility to renovate our existing dated residence halls.
