Student Accounts Information

Payment of your bill is due on the day you arrive on campus each semester. If you are arriving early for an intercollegiate sport than payment is due on that day instead of the day that majority of students arrive on campus. Late payments are subject to a late payment fee of 1%. See current cost information on our tuition and aid page.

Payment Plans

The Student Accounts Office offers two payment plan options. If you are not paying in full when you arrive on campus you may choose to pay the balance due after financial aid using a 3 Payment Plan (free) or a 5 Payment Plan ($75 per semester). View a sample payment plan form you can use for planning purposes.

Fall Semester - 3 Payments
40% - when you arrive on campus
30% - October 1
30% (or remaining balance) - November 1

OR

Fall Semester – 5 payments
20% + payment plan fee – August 1
20% - September 1
20% - October 1
20% - November 1
20% - December 1

Spring Semester – 3 Payments
40% - when you arrive on campus
30% - March 1
30% (or remaining balance) – April 1

OR

Spring Semester – 5 payments
20% + payment plan fee – January 1
20% - February 1
20% - March 1
20% - April 1
20% - May 1

Student Withdrawal

Sometimes students must withdraw from college during a semester due to unforeseen circumstances. If a student withdraws there is a policy established for refunds of tuition and room and board.

Tuition

Students who withdraw will receive a pro-rated refund of tuition according to the following schedule:

  • 100% - First day of class
  • 95% - Second to fifth day of class
  • 75% - During the second week of the semester
  • 55% - During the third week of the semester
  • 35% - During the fourth week of the semester
  • 15% - During the fifth week of the semester
  • 0% - After the fifth week, there will be no refund of tuition
Room and Board

Room and board will be refunded on a pro-rated basis through the 10th week of the semester. There will be no refund of room and board after the 10th week of the semester.
