Give toward People
Supporting people through student aid and more at Emmaus supports our mission to educate and equip learners to impact the world for Christ. We offer various opportunities for partnership, such as the Emmaus Fund, scholarships, and endowment. See below for details.
Note: Emmaus University does not designate donations to individual students or to individual faculty/staff/missionaries. Learn more at Use of Funds, and read below to see how you can support these groups of people.

Giving toward people has a direct impact on our students during their time at Emmaus, which continues after graduation as they impact the world for Christ. Join us in equipping faithful and effective servants of the Lord in their employment, ministries, and communities for His Glory.
We'd love you to hear that directly from them. Check out our 80th Anniversary Video, and click below for more impact stories.
Opportunities for Partnership
Emmaus Fund (Greatest Need, Unrestricted)
Our greatest need is funding for unrestricted student grants and scholarships through the Emmaus Fund. Emmaus provides an excellent university education at a great value by awarding merit-based scholarships and need-based grants that reduce barriers for students who need resources above and beyond government aid. Our generous partners help us fund these grants and scholarships annually.
Supporting scholarships unlocks student potential and is a direct investment in the spread of the Gospel through our mission. The Emmaus Fund provides merit-based scholarships and need-based grants that reduce barriers for students to attend.
When you give to the Emmaus Fund, you enable us to continue to provide students with a high quality education that prepares them to impact the world for Christ wherever they live, work, and serve. The Emmaus Fund provides those who partner with us an opportunity to ensure that their gift addresses an area of greatest need: preserving excellence in academic programs; providing funds to students to make their education more affordable; maintaining a safe, attractive, and modern campus that meets our students’ needs; and much more.
Without the financial aid that I received, I would not have been able to attend this year – Levi
Student Aid Fund (General Scholarships, Restricted)
Annual scholarships enable mission accomplishment and support students with need-based scholarships. These scholarships are for tuition only and significantly reduce barriers for students who cannot afford university without assistance. These scholarships are important because they are the most flexible in supporting our students.
Endowed Scholarship Funds
Emmaus’s long-term strength is through purposeful endowment growth. When you support the Emmaus Endowment Funds, you can provide lasting student scholarship support with a gift of any amount. These funds allow the university to leverage many gifts, so large and small contributions all add up to long-term strength.
Choose from three Program Scholarship areas to provide endowed financial aid for students pursing these degree fields:
- Missions & Ministry
- Science & Technology
- Professional
Can't decide? The General Endowment Fund provides aid where needed most.
Support the endowment funds through any of our Giving Options.
Directed Scholarships
Each year, we gladly distribute donor-funded incremental scholarships based on certain types of students, their courses of study, and their intended careers, among other criteria.
We encourage donors who desire to help students in this more directed way to consider giving toward the following existing funds:
- Professional Programs
- STEM
- Ministry/Missions
- Legacy Bible Scholarship
- Health Science Scholarship (Pre-Professional Health and Counseling Psychology)
Marketing for Enrollment
Help us reach more people by recruiting more students. As we have increased the number of full-time enrollment counselors from 3 to 5, we need additional resources for our marketing budget to support these positions.
Faculty/Staff Fund
Although Emmaus does not direct support to designated individuals, you can support those working at the university to carry out our mission by giving to the general Faculty/Staff Fund.
More Ways to Give
Support student scholarships and more with your gift to Emmaus through estate planning, gifts of stock/securities, retirement fund distributions, and other opportunities. Learn more at Ways to Give.
